  • 1 large onion
  • 3/4 stick oleo
  • 1 round tsp. chicken seasoning
  • 1 can diced soy chicken
  • 3 sticks celery
  • 3 1/2 c. water
  • 1 c. uncooked rice
  • 1 can mushroom soup

Directions

    Saute onion and celery in oleo.

    Add water and chicken seasoning; bring to a boil.

    In bottom of casserole, put rice, chicken and mushroom soup.

    Put sauteed onion and celery on top. Bake for 1 hour and 50 minutes at 350°.
