- 1 1/2 c. chicken broth
- 1 1/3 c. long grain rice
- 1 stick margarine, melted
- 1 can onion soup
- 1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms, drained
Directions

1Mix broth, margarine, onion soup and mushrooms in a pan and heat.

2Add rice and mix.

3Pour into a 2-quart casserole dish. Cover and bake in preheated oven at 400° for 15 minutes.

4Remove lid; reduce heat to 350° and bake another 30 minutes or until liquid is absorbed and rice is tender.
