  • 3 Tbsp. butter
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 toes garlic, chopped
  • 1 c. rice, uncooked
  • 1 can beef consomme
  • 1/4 tsp. oregano

Directions

    Saute onions and garlic in butter; then add rice, soup and oregano.

    Bake at 350° for an hour.

    Add water occasionally.
