- 3 c. cooked rice (1 c. raw equals 3 c. cooked)
- 1 pt. sour cream
- 1 (4 oz.) can chopped green Ortega chilies
- 1 (4 oz.) can green chili salsa
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1/2 lb. Jack cheese, shredded
- 1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
Directions

1Use buttered flat 8 x 8-inch pan.

2Combine rice, sour cream, chilies, salsa, salt and pepper.

3Put a layer of rice combination and about 1/2 pound Jack cheese, shredded.

4Finish with rice, top with grated Cheddar cheese.

5Bake at 325° for 1/2 hour or 300° for 45 minutes.

6Can be combined the day before serving and held in refrigerator for baking.
