- 4 beef bouillon cubes
- 4 c. boiling water
- 1 stick margarine
- 1 c. long grain rice (Minute rice)
- 1 large chopped onion
- 1 green pepper, chopped
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
Directions

1Dissolve bouillon cubes in the boiling water.

2While cubes are dissolving, melt margarine in skillet.

3Add rice and onion and brown.

4Remove from heat and add green pepper, bouillon and mushroom soup.

5Place in deep baking dish and bake at 350° for 45 minutes or until thick.
