Ingredients

  • 4 beef bouillon cubes
  • 4 c. boiling water
  • 1 stick margarine
  • 1 c. long grain rice (Minute rice)
  • 1 large chopped onion
  • 1 green pepper, chopped
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup

Directions

    Dissolve bouillon cubes in the boiling water.

    While cubes are dissolving, melt margarine in skillet.
  3. 3
    Add rice and onion and brown.
  4. 4
    Remove from heat and add green pepper, bouillon and mushroom soup.
  5. 5
    Place in deep baking dish and bake at 350° for 45 minutes or until thick.
