- 1 c. lentils
- vegetable broth to cover 1-inch over lentils
- 1 c. onions, diced
- 1 c. celery, diced
- 1 c. carrots, diced
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 c. orzo
Directions

1Saute onions, celery, carrots and garlic.

2Add lentils and vegetable broth to sauteed vegetables.

3Cover and cook for approximately 45 minutes.

4Cook orzo separately in vegetable broth.

5Add to lentil mixture before serving.

6A good one dish meal, enhanced with a salad and bread.

7Serve in a bowl.
