Ingredients

  • 2 c. chopped meat (leftover turkey, ham, chicken, etc.)
  • 3 eggs
  • 1/3 c. milk
  • 2 c. boiled rice
  • celery salt to taste
  • 2 Tbsp. margarine
  • 2 Tbsp. catsup
  • salt and pepper

Directions

    Season meat and pile in the center of a greased casserole. Mix eggs, milk, rice, margarine and seasonings.

    Pour over the meat.

    Cover and bake at 350° for 20 minutes.

    A good way to use up that dab of leftover meat.
