- 2 c. water
- 1 c. rice (Minute or slow cook)
- pinch of salt
- 1 Tbsp. butter
- 1/4 c. Worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 c. chopped onions
- 1/4 c. peppers, chopped
- 1 lb. steak or hamburger
Directions

1Cook rice as directed on package.

2In a separate skillet, saute meat, onions and peppers in Worcestershire sauce.

3May need to add a small amount of water until meat is done.

4Stir occasionally.

5Cook on medium to start and then on low until done. Pour over rice.

6Top with picante sauce and shredded cheese. Serves 6.
