- 1 c. rice, cooked
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 can creamy onion soup
- 1/2 c. bell pepper
- 1/2 c. chopped onions
- 1/2 c. chopped celery
Directions

1Brown ground beef, onions, pepper and celery in saucepan. Drain. Add to cooked rice and canned soup.

2Mix well. Top with shredded Cheddar cheese.

3Bake at 350° for 1 hour.
