- 1 whole Medium Chopped Onion
- 3 cloves Garlic (or To Taste)
- 28 ounces, fluid Whole Peeled Tomatoes
- 1/2 cups Chopped Jalapeno ( Leave Seeds For Spicy, Remove For Mild)
- 1/4 cups Cilantro
- 1/2 teaspoons Chili Powder
- 1/2 teaspoons Cumin
- 1 dash Salt
Directions

1Spray a frying pan with Pam.

2Fry onion and garlic in pan until brown (3-5 minutes).

3Add the tomatoes, jalapeno, cilantro, and spices.

4Let simmer for 20-25 minutes, then put in a blender and blend (exercise caution when blending hot salsa; if you have it, use an immersion blender).

5Serve with tortilla chips!
