Ingredients

  • 1 whole Medium Chopped Onion
  • 3 cloves Garlic (or To Taste)
  • 28 ounces, fluid Whole Peeled Tomatoes
  • 1/2 cups Chopped Jalapeno ( Leave Seeds For Spicy, Remove For Mild)
  • 1/4 cups Cilantro
  • 1/2 teaspoons Chili Powder
  • 1/2 teaspoons Cumin
  • 1 dash Salt

    Spray a frying pan with Pam.

    Fry onion and garlic in pan until brown (3-5 minutes).

    Add the tomatoes, jalapeno, cilantro, and spices.

    Let simmer for 20-25 minutes, then put in a blender and blend (exercise caution when blending hot salsa; if you have it, use an immersion blender).

    Serve with tortilla chips!
