- 1 can Campbell's beef bouillon soup
- 1 can Campbell's onion bouillon or French onion soup
- 1 c. long grain rice
- 4 oz. can mushrooms, drained
Directions

1Let margarine melt in 2-quart casserole dish.

2Pour soups in with margarine.

3Add to this 1 cup long grain rice and top with mushrooms.

4Bake 45 minutes at 350° (uncovered).
