- 1/2 c. chopped onion
- 1/4 c. margarine
- 1 (16 oz.) can tomatoes, cut up
- 1/2 c. stuffed olives
- 1 tsp. marjoram
- 1 c. rice
- 6 c. thinly sliced celery
- 2 1/2 c. water
- 2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
Directions

1In a large skillet, saute onion and rice in margarine for 3 minutes or until onion is almost tender and rice is lightly browned.

2Add celery and saute 1 minute.

3Stir in remaining ingredients.

4Bring to a boil. Cover and reduce heat.

5Simmer 20 minutes or until rice is tender.

6Makes 6 servings.
