  • 1/2 onion, chopped
  • 2 cans (4 oz. each) chopped green chilies
  • 1/2 red sweet pepper, diced
  • 1 1/2 c. plain nonfat yogurt
  • 1 tsp. cumin
  • 1/2 tsp. oregano, crushed
  • 1 c. low-fat Cheddar cheese, grated

Directions
