- 1 small head lettuce (coarsely chopped)
- 1 c. frozen peas
- 1 bag frozen vegetables, run tap water over them to get frost off and drain well
- 1/2 lb. chicken strips (cooked)
- 1 c. mayonnaise (fat-free, no cholesterol)
Directions

1In a large bowl or deep dish, place by layer, each of the following ingredients:

2lettuce, frozen peas, frozen vegetables, sliced chicken strips and mayonnaise.

3Cover, chill for 2 to 3 hours, then ready to serve.
