- 2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen cauliflowerets, thawed
- 2 (10 oz.) pkg. English peas
- 2 pimentos, coarsely chopped
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
Directions

1Heat oil in a heavy skillet.

2Add cauliflowerets.

3Cover and cook over low heat for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.

4Add peas.

5Cover and cook over medium heat 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Stir in pimentos, salt and pepper. Yields 8 servings.
