  • 2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
  • 2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen cauliflowerets, thawed
  • 2 (10 oz.) pkg. English peas
  • 2 pimentos, coarsely chopped
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/8 tsp. pepper

Directions

    Heat oil in a heavy skillet.

    Add cauliflowerets.

    Cover and cook over low heat for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.

    Add peas.

    Cover and cook over medium heat 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Stir in pimentos, salt and pepper. Yields 8 servings.
