  • 1/2 c. rice
  • 1 c. water
  • 3 eggs, slightly beaten
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1/4 c. sugar
  • 2 c. milk
  • nutmeg

Directions

    Cook rice in water until well done. Combine all ingredients, except nutmeg, in casserole and sprinkle top with nutmeg. Bake for 1 hour at 350° or until done. It is done when knife is inserted and comes out clean.
