  • 1 c. cooked rice
  • 1 c. white sugar
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. vanilla

Directions

    Pour into a 1 1/2-quart casserole or baking dish.

    Sprinkle with nutmeg, if desired.

    Set in pan of water.
