  • 3 eggs
  • 1/3 c. sugar
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1 1/2 c. rice, cooked
  • 1/4 tsp. nutmeg
  • 1 pt. milk
  • 1/2 tsp. vanilla

Directions

    Add milk, vanilla and rice; mix thoroughly.

    Pour into casserole dish; bake for 45 minutes at 325°.
