  • 4 eggs
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1/8 tsp. salt
  • 1 qt. milk, scalded
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 c. raisins
  • 2 c. cooked rice

Directions

    Heat oven to 350°.

    Combine first 3 ingredients. Stir in scalded milk. Add remaining ingredients. Pour into a 2-quart baking dish. Set dish in a pan of hot water 1-inch deep. Bake 45 to 50 minutes.
