  • 1 1/2 lb. hamburger
  • 1 c. uncooked long cooking rice
  • 1 medium onion
  • 2 large stalks celery, cut up
  • 1 1/4 c. water
  • 1 can chicken noodle soup
  • 1 can cream of celery soup

Directions

    Preheat oven to 350°.

    Brown onion and hamburger in skillet until hamburger is done.

    Season to taste.

    Add water and celery; simmer for 5 minutes.

    Place in 2-quart casserole dish.

    Mix in rice and soups.

    Bake, covered, 1 1/2 hours.
