- 6 c. cooked brown rice
- 1 to 2 large onions, diced
- 2 medium green peppers, diced
- 15 mushrooms (fresh), sliced
- 1 to 1 1/2 sticks soy margarine or oleo
- 1/2 c. liquid aminos or soy sauce
Directions

1Heat margarine and liquid aminos in large frying pan.

2Saute onions, green peppers and mushrooms in margarine/aminos mixture until onions are translucent.

3Add cooked rice and mix together. Serve hot.
