  • 1 pkg. apricots
  • 3/4 c. sugar
  • 1/4 tsp. lemon juice
  • 2 c. water
  • pastry for 2 crusts

Directions

    Cut up apricots.

    Put in saucepan, adding sugar, lemon juice and water.

    More sugar can be added to taste.

    Bring to a boil, stirring constantly.

    Boil until mixture thickens.

    Pour into unbaked pie shell.

    Cover with fluted crust.

    Bake at 425° for 30 minutes or until crust is browned slightly.
