- Rice-A-Roni with almonds
- 1 onion
- 2 bell peppers
- 2 squash, different kinds
- 2 carrots
- 1 c. broccoli
- chicken or pork
- 2 eggs, scrambled
Directions

1Cook rice as directed.

2In skillet, saute onion, peppers, squash, carrots and broccoli.

3Add cubed, cooked chicken or pork. Add all of mixture to rice.

4Use a little soy sauce for flavor. Really good!
