  • Rice-A-Roni with almonds
  • 1 onion
  • 2 bell peppers
  • 2 squash, different kinds
  • 2 carrots
  • 1 c. broccoli
  • chicken or pork
  • 2 eggs, scrambled

Directions

    Cook rice as directed.

    In skillet, saute onion, peppers, squash, carrots and broccoli.

    Add cubed, cooked chicken or pork. Add all of mixture to rice.

    Use a little soy sauce for flavor. Really good!
