- 1 pkg. frozen pizza dough
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. shredded Mozzarella cheese
- 1 lb. sliced hard salami
- 2 egg whites
Directions

1Preheat oven to 350°.

2Put frozen dough in a floured bowl; cover with plastic wrap.

3Let dough rise (about 4 hours or refrigerate overnight).

4Divide dough into 4 portions.

5For each portion of dough, roll out into rectangle.

6Lay salami in overlapping rows down center.

7Sprinkle with cheese.

8Fold in ends and roll from long side.

9Lay seal down on cookie sheet; pinch ends as there are no openings.

10Brush top with egg white.

11Bake for 25 to 35 minutes.
