- 2 cans cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can onion soup
- 1 lb. ground chuck
- 1 lb. ground pork
- 1 1/2 c. raw rice
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 1 large bell pepper, chopped
- seasoning to taste (not much needed)
Directions

1Saute ground pork and squeeze between paper towels to get rid of excess fat.

2Use a flat aluminum or glass dish.

3Spray with Pam and add all ingredients, mixing well.

4Cover with foil.

5Do not stir while cooking or lift foil.

6Cook for 1 1/2 hours at 350°.
