Rice Dressing

  • 1 lb. chicken gizzards
  • 1/2 lb. chicken livers
  • white onions
  • green onions
  • 2 c. broth

Directions

    Boil gizzards, white onions, salt and pepper for 1 1/2 hours. Add livers and boil 30 minutes longer. Cook rice.

    Chop onions (white and green).

    Chop livers and onions in food processor.

    Mix chopped livers and gizzards, rice, onions, broth (2 cups), salt and pepper.

    Put a little cooking oil in pot and heat thoroughly.
