Ingredients
- 3 oz. walnuts, crushed
- 3 oz. pecans, crushed
- 1/2 stick butter, melted
- sprinkle of cinnamon
- sprinkle of Splenda
- 16 oz. cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 c. sour cream
- 1/2 c. heavy cream
- 2 eggs (add last)
- 2 tsp. vanilla
- Splenda to taste
Directions

1Mix nuts, butter, sprinkle of cinnamon and sprinkle of Splenda together and press into bottom of 9-inch deep-dish pie plate.

2Blend cream cheese, sour cream, heavy cream, vanilla, Splenda and eggs to make filling.

3Blend until very smooth.

4Pour in pie plate.

5Sprinkle a little cinnamon on top.

6Bake at 350° for 30 minutes or until set (in water bath) pan with 1-inch or so of water.

7Chill for 2 hours.

8Store in refrigerator.
