Ingredients

  • 3 oz. walnuts, crushed
  • 3 oz. pecans, crushed
  • 1/2 stick butter, melted
  • sprinkle of cinnamon
  • sprinkle of Splenda
  • 16 oz. cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 c. sour cream
  • 1/2 c. heavy cream
  • 2 eggs (add last)
  • 2 tsp. vanilla
  • Splenda to taste

Directions

    Mix nuts, butter, sprinkle of cinnamon and sprinkle of Splenda together and press into bottom of 9-inch deep-dish pie plate.

    Blend cream cheese, sour cream, heavy cream, vanilla, Splenda and eggs to make filling.

    Blend until very smooth.

    Pour in pie plate.

    Sprinkle a little cinnamon on top.

    Bake at 350° for 30 minutes or until set (in water bath) pan with 1-inch or so of water.

    Chill for 2 hours.

    Store in refrigerator.
