- 1 can (10 oz.) cream of mushroom soup
- 1 c. water
- 1 c. Minute rice
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 egg, slightly beaten
- 2 tsp. salt
- 2 tsp. chopped onion and spices
Directions

1Mix soup with water.

2Combine remaining ingredients with 1/2 cup of the soup mixture, mix just to blend.

3Shape into 18 meatballs.

4Place in skillet.

5Pour remaining soup mixture over meatballs.

6Bring to boil and simmer 15 minutes basting occasionally.
