  • 3 cups warm water
  • 23 cup cooked rice, cooked (i like brown)
  • 13 cup raw cashews (optional)
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract (or almond extract)
  • 18 teaspoon xanthan gum

Directions

    process all in a blender until very smooth.

    strain through cheesecloth.

    refrigerate & keep up to a week.
