  • 3/4 pounds Rice noodles
  • 1/2 pounds Protein
  • 2 cups Broccoli florets
  • 2 clove Garlic clove
  • 2 tablespoon Hoesin sauce
  • 1 cup Chicken broth
  • 1/2 cup Carrot strips
  • 1 teaspoon Ginger
  • 3 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1/4 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/2 teaspoons Sugar
  • 1/2 cup White wine
  • 1 tablespoon Cornstarch
  • 1/2 teaspoon Pepper

Directions

    Coat chicken with cornstarch, salt, sugar, and pepper.

    Pour noodles into boiling waters with dash of salt, 1 t oil.

    Add 1 T of cornstarch to water.

    Coat skillet with 2 T olive oil.

    Add Ginger and Garlic and cook 30 seconds

    Add chicken, cook for 4+ minutes, and add to plate.

    Cook broccoli, carrot for 4 minutes and add chicken.

    In pan combine chicken broth, hoesin,, 1 t olive oil, 1/2 t pepper, 1/2 t sugar and bring to boil.

    Add cornstarch, wine, and cook until thickens.
