- 3/4 pounds Rice noodles
- 1/2 pounds Protein
- 2 cups Broccoli florets
- 2 clove Garlic clove
- 2 tablespoon Hoesin sauce
- 1 cup Chicken broth
- 1/2 cup Carrot strips
- 1 teaspoon Ginger
- 3 tablespoon Olive Oil
- 1/4 teaspoon Salt
- 1/2 teaspoons Sugar
- 1/2 cup White wine
- 1 tablespoon Cornstarch
- 1/2 teaspoon Pepper
Directions

1Coat chicken with cornstarch, salt, sugar, and pepper.

2Pour noodles into boiling waters with dash of salt, 1 t oil.

3Add 1 T of cornstarch to water.

4Coat skillet with 2 T olive oil.

5Add Ginger and Garlic and cook 30 seconds

6Add chicken, cook for 4+ minutes, and add to plate.

7Cook broccoli, carrot for 4 minutes and add chicken.

8In pan combine chicken broth, hoesin,, 1 t olive oil, 1/2 t pepper, 1/2 t sugar and bring to boil.

9Add cornstarch, wine, and cook until thickens.
