Wild Rice Casserole

Ingredients

  • 1 lb. fresh mushrooms, sliced (long grain)
  • 1 pkg. Uncle Ben's wild rice
  • 3 lb. shrimp, cleaned and cooked
  • 1 c. celery, diced
  • 1 medium onion, diced
  • 1 can shrimp soup (if you can't find shrimp soup, use Campbell's Homestyle New England clam chowder)
  • 1/2 c. cooking wine
  • 1 stick butter

    Saute mushrooms, onions and celery in butter.

    Mix together all ingredients and bake 1 hour at 350° just until bubbly.
