  • 1 1/2 c. cooked brown rice
  • 1/2 c. wheat germ
  • 3/4 c. chopped walnuts
  • 1 large onion
  • 2 c. Cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • pepper
  • 4 eggs, beaten

Directions

    Preheat oven to 350°.

    Combine all ingredients; pack into an oiled 9-inch loaf pan.

    Bake for about 50 minutes, until firm. Let cool in pan for 10 minutes.

    Unmold and slice.
