- 1 1/2 c. cooked brown rice
- 1/2 c. wheat germ
- 3/4 c. chopped walnuts
- 1 large onion
- 2 c. Cheddar cheese
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- pepper
- 4 eggs, beaten
Directions

1Preheat oven to 350°.

2Combine all ingredients; pack into an oiled 9-inch loaf pan.

3Bake for about 50 minutes, until firm. Let cool in pan for 10 minutes.

4Unmold and slice.
