  • 2 cups basmati rice
  • 4 teaspoons chopped almonds
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1 teaspoon coconut extract
  • 1 can evaporated milk
  • 1 12 cups sugar
  • 14 teaspoon cardamom powder

Directions
