- 1 1/2 cups rice
- 1 tablespoon white wine vinegar
- Salt, pepper
- 1 bunch radishes
- 1 bunch scallions
- Dill
- 1 pint fresh peas (alternatively 1 package frozen, defrosted)
Directions

1Add rice to a large saucepan with vigorously boiling salted water.

2Boil about 15 minutes.

3Slice radishes.

4Chop scallions.

5Drain rice.

6Add vinegar, salt and pepper, toss.

7Add vegetables.

8Let cool to room temperature.
