  • 1 clove minced garlic
  • 1/3 c. margarine
  • 2 c. rice, uncooked
  • 1 Tbsp. parsley
  • 2 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. thyme
  • 1/8 tsp. pepper
  • 2 cans chicken broth
  • 1 1/4 c. water
