  • 1 pound Your Favorite Pasta, I Use Penne
  • Olive Oil
  • Kalmata Olives, Sliced
  • Chopped Tomatoes
  • Lemon Zest And A Little Squeeze Of Juice
  • Crumbled Feta
  • Grilled Chicken Breast Or Beef, To Serve On Top Of Pasta (Optional)

Directions

    Just boil pasta to al dente according to package directions.

    Drain and splash with olive oil.

    Toss olives, tomatoes, lemon zest and juice in pasta.

    Plate and sprinkle with feta.

    If desired, top with grilled chicken and/or beef.
