- 3/4 cup butter
- 3/4 cup onion
- 3 cups rice (raw)
- 2 (8 oz) cans mushroom pieces
- 3 cups diced celery
- 3/4 cup celery leaves
- 1 Tbsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 3/4 tsp. marjoram
- 1/4 tsp. sage
- 1/4 tsp. thyme
- 6 cups water
Directions

1In a 3 quart saucepan, saute rice, onion, mushroom pieces, celery, celery leaves and spices in butter.

3Bring to boil.

4Simmer for 15 minutes.
