- 1/2 c. orzo
- 2 tsp. butter
- 2 c. chicken broth
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions

1Brown orzo until golden in butter, stirring frequently, for about 5 minutes.

2Add rice and chicken broth.

3Cover pilaf; simmer for 20 to 25 minutes, stirring occasionally.

4Let rest before serving.

5To make chicken broth, dissolve 2 chicken bouillon cubes in 2 cups water.
