  • 1 onion
  • 1/2 c. butter
  • 1 c. rice
  • 1 can beef broth
  • 1/2 can water
  • 1 can mushrooms (including juice)

Directions

    Saute onion in butter.

    Add rice and put in a 2-quart casserole.

    Pour over rice the beef broth and water.

    Stir in mushrooms.

    Bake for 1 hour at 350°, stirring often.
