- 1/2 stick butter
- 1/2 c. vermicelli noodles or very thin noodles, crushed
- 1 1/2 c. Uncle Ben's rice
- 3 1/4 c. water with 4 bouillon cubes
Directions

1Melt butter and add noodles.

2Stir until brown.

3Add rice and mix.

4Add water and cubes.

5Bring to a boil.

6Reduce heat to low and cover pot.

7Cook 15 to 20 minutes until the rice is tender.

8Do not stir while cooking.
