- small diced onion
- 1 c. long grained rice
- 1 can beef consomme soup
- 1 c. water
- 1 small can mushrooms, drained
- pinch of oregano
Directions

1Melt butter.

2Saute onion.

4Cook until brown.

5Add soup, water, mushrooms and oregano.

6Stir.

7Add to casserole. Cover and bake at 350° for 1 hour.
