  • 1/2 stick oleo
  • 1 medium onion
  • 2 or 3 bouillon cubes
  • 2 cans chicken broth
  • 1 1/2 c. rice
  • 1 pkg. chopped spinach (fresh or frozen)

Directions

    Melt oleo and saute onion in it.

    Add bouillon cubes, chicken broth, rice and spinach.

    Cook 20 to 25 minutes.
