  • 1 c. long grain rice
  • 2 medium onions, chopped
  • 1 lb. fresh mushrooms
  • 2 cans beef broth
  • 1/2 stick margarine

Directions

    Chop mushrooms and saute with onions in 1/2 stick margarine. Cover rice with mushrooms and onions; add beef broth.

    Bake in a 2-quart casserole dish, uncovered, for 1 hour at 350°.
