- 2 medium onions, chopped
- 1 lb. fresh mushrooms
- 2 cans beef broth
- 1/2 stick margarine
Directions

1Chop mushrooms and saute with onions in 1/2 stick margarine. Cover rice with mushrooms and onions; add beef broth.

2Bake in a 2-quart casserole dish, uncovered, for 1 hour at 350°.
