- 1 c. raw rice, washed
- 2 cans beef consomme
- 1 small onion, sliced
- 4 Tbsp. margarine
- 1 small (4 oz.) can mushrooms
- extra margarine
Directions

1Grease dish with margarine.

2Add the 1 cup washed raw rice and 2 cans beef consomme.

3Saute onion in the 4 tablespoons margarine and pour on top of rice, soup mixture.

4Drain can of mushrooms and put on top.

5Bake 1 hour, uncovered, at 350°.

6Serves 6 to 8.
