- 3 c. water
- 4 bouillon cubes (chicken or beef)
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 3/4 c. rice
Directions

1Bring water to boil.

2Add bouillon cubes and butter.

3Let cubes soften then add rice.

4Stir.

5Remove from stovetop and place in oven.

6Bake at 350° until water is absorbed (about 30 minutes).
