  • 3 c. water
  • 4 bouillon cubes (chicken or beef)
  • 2 Tbsp. butter
  • 3/4 c. rice

Directions

    Bring water to boil.

    Add bouillon cubes and butter.

    Let cubes soften then add rice.

    Stir.

    Remove from stovetop and place in oven.

    Bake at 350° until water is absorbed (about 30 minutes).
