- 1 c. sugar
- 1 1/2 c. pineapple juice, heated
- 2 eggs, slightly beaten
- 1 can evaporated milk, chilled
- 2 graham cracker crusts

1Dissolve Jell-O and sugar in pineapple juice; add eggs.

2Cook in double boiler until thick.

4Whip milk until stiff.
