  • 1 c. sliced fresh mushrooms
  • 1/4 c. each sliced green onions, chopped celery and red bell pepper
  • 2 Tbsp. margarine or butter
  • 2 tsp. Wyler's chicken flavored instant bouillon
  • 1/2 tsp. Italian seasoning
  • 2 c. cooked rice
  • 1/4 c. each grated Parmesan cheese, frozen peas and shredded carrots

Directions

    In a large skillet, cook mushrooms, onions, celery, pepper, bouillon and seasoning in margarine.

    Add rice, cheese, peas and carrots. Cook 3 to 5 minutes.

    Refrigerate leftovers.
