- 1 c. sliced fresh mushrooms
- 1/4 c. each sliced green onions, chopped celery and red bell pepper
- 2 Tbsp. margarine or butter
- 2 tsp. Wyler's chicken flavored instant bouillon
- 1/2 tsp. Italian seasoning
- 2 c. cooked rice
- 1/4 c. each grated Parmesan cheese, frozen peas and shredded carrots
Directions

1In a large skillet, cook mushrooms, onions, celery, pepper, bouillon and seasoning in margarine.

2Add rice, cheese, peas and carrots. Cook 3 to 5 minutes.

3Refrigerate leftovers.

4Makes 4 to 6 servings.
