- 1/4 c. sliced green onion
- 1/4 c. chopped celery
- 1/4 c. chopped red bell pepper
- 2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
- 2 tsp. instant chicken bouillon
- 1/2 tsp. Italian seasoning
- 1 small bag white rice, cooked
- 1/4 c. grated Parmesan
- 1/4 c. frozen peas
- 1/4 c. shredded carrots
Directions

1In large skillet, cook mushrooms, onion, celery, bouillon and seasoning in margarine.

2Add rice, cheese, peas and carrots; cook 5 minutes.
