- 1/2 c. rice
- 2 c. boiling water
- 3 c. milk
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- cinnamon
Directions

1Cook rice in water for 20 minutes.

2Add milk and simmer for 20 more minutes.

3Add sugar and salt.

4Continue simmering until creamy.

5Do not give up, it may take a while.

6Remove from heat and add vanilla.

7Sprinkle cinnamon over top and serve either warm or at room temperature.
