  • 1 c. cooked rice
  • 1/2 c. butter, melted
  • 1 1/2 c. milk
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 3 eggs, separated

    Combine rice, butter, milk, sugar and egg yolks.

    Mix well. If mixture is too dry, add more milk.

    Add vanilla and mix thoroughly.
